Secrets to building a Successful Business

Hi folks,

Actually there isn’t a secret to building a solid successful home business.
Most of the so called guru’s and network marketers teach the wrong business building tactics.

Folks, you cannot change a Success principle…it works 100% of the time.

What has been the most successful action I do everyday that builds my business like no other?

I answer the phones…I respond to emails…I do whatever it takes to help others…I’m there for my people.

I’ve noticed there are too many so called leaders who are not there for their people.

They are more interested in the spotlight…in receiving recognition.
Folks…do the following and you will grow into the leader your people deserve, and YOU will reap the rewards!

A) Learn everything you can about your business…
B) Be a leader and get on the company conference calls-again…helps you learn…as knowledge is power!
C) Set hours of operation and be consistent
D) Learn from a mentor
E) Protect your attitude
F) Constantly try and improve in all areas of your business and private life
G) Teach your folks who step up to the plate the above.

Lets touch base on the above just a tad:
A) Read your website and get on those company calls. Take notes or whatever helps you learn.

B) Again, the calls and talking to others who are building the business helps you learn and prepares your attitude. (Notice how all these actions tie in together?)

C) Most people are very busy and need to know when they will be open for business….have you set your hours of operation?

D) Ask questions of your sponsor. If your sponsor is new, then go to his sponsor or all the way until you find someone to team up with.

This is a vital part of Success.
Someone who is positive, knowledgeable, and can coach you will help shorten the learning curve.

E) “Hanging” around positive folks and a positive sponsor is probably the most important part of the Success principles one needs to do.

Also, read self improvement books, articles, etc. and stay away from negative people and news.

F) Always strive to be better in all areas of your life. There are a ton of good materials and training, Success coaches, etc. to take advantage of.

G) Stick with the people who don’t waste your time…the folks who “Get in the game”….the folks who follow the above success actions and follow your lead and strive to follow their dreams!

That leaves one more very vital important success factor.
